Refund Policy
1. Overview
At Paras Infotech (a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956), we are committed to ensuring complete customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are processed for products and/or services purchased through our Platform. By placing an order on our Platform, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- The product/service was defective, damaged, or materially different from the description provided on the Platform at the time of purchase.
- A valid return request has been raised within 2 days of delivery, and the product/service is unused, unopened, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- A valid cancellation request has been made within 1 day of placing the order, and the order has not already been dispatched or delivered.
- The refund request has been reviewed and approved by our customer service team after verification.
3. Non-Eligible Refund Cases
- Products/services that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer after delivery.
- Requests raised after the eligible refund or return window has expired.
- Perishable or digital goods/services that have been delivered or consumed.
- Products/services purchased during promotional offers or clearance sales explicitly marked as non-refundable.
4. Refund Timeline
Once a refund request is approved by our team, the refund will be processed on the same day of approval. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Disclaimer: While we initiate refunds on the same day, the actual credit to your bank account or payment instrument may take an additional 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider's processing timelines. ParasInfotech shall not be held liable for delays caused by banking institutions or payment gateways.
5. Refund Mode
All approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, or wallet) used during the transaction. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) to the bank account details provided by the customer. Shipping charges, if applicable, are refundable in case the return or cancellation is due to a fault on our end (e.g., wrong product shipped, defective product).
6. Partial Refunds
In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted at our discretion — for example, if the product shows signs of use but is otherwise in acceptable condition, or if only part of a bundled order is being returned. The refund amount will be communicated to you prior to processing.
Cancellation Policy
7. Cancellation Window
Orders may be cancelled within 1 day (24 hours) of placing the order, provided the order has not already been processed, dispatched, or shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our support team immediately via email or phone with your order details.
8. Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched or is out for delivery, the cancellation request may not be entertained. In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep or initiate a return request after receiving the product, subject to the return policy conditions stated below.
9. Cancellation by ParasInfotech
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion if: the product/service is out of stock; the pricing or product information was listed in error; we detect fraudulent or suspicious activity; or we are unable to verify payment information. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method without any additional charges to you.
Return Policy
10. Return Window
We accept return requests within 2 days from the date of delivery. If 2 days have passed since your delivery, we will not be able to offer a return, exchange, or refund of any kind.
11. Return Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product/service must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
- The product must have its original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
- A valid reason for the return must be provided (e.g., defective product, wrong item received, product not matching description).
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) must be available.
12. Non-Returnable Items
- Products/services that have been used, altered, washed, or damaged by the customer.
- Products without original packaging or missing accessories/tags.
- Perishable or digital goods/services (unless defective at the time of delivery).
- Items purchased during special promotions explicitly marked as non-returnable at the time of sale.
13. Return Approval Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via email at info@parasinfotech.co.in or call us at +91 7498242199 with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photographs (if applicable). Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours. Once the returned product/item is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of the return request. If approved, the refund will be processed as per the terms outlined in the Refund Policy above.
14. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only entertained if the product/item received is found to be defective, damaged, or materially different from the description. If a replacement is available, it will be shipped after we receive and inspect the returned item. If the same product is not available, a full refund will be processed.
