1. Overview
Paras Infotech (a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956) is committed to delivering your orders in a timely and efficient manner. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the delivery of products and/or services purchased through our Platform. By placing an order, you agree to this Shipping Policy.
2. Service Area
Currently, we ship and deliver products/services within India only. We do not offer international shipping. All orders must have a valid Indian delivery address. Orders with international addresses will be automatically cancelled with a full refund.
3. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) from the date of order confirmation and successful payment verification. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS once your order has been successfully placed, and a dispatch notification once shipped.
4. Delivery Timelines

Note: Same-day delivery in metro cities is subject to order placement time (before 12:00 PM IST), product availability, and courier partner serviceability. Timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, natural disasters, or operational delays.
5. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: Available on eligible orders as indicated on the product/service page at checkout.
- Platform Fee: A platform fee of 2% + 18% GST (on the platform fee) may apply on certain transactions. This is clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
- Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return/cancellation is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong product shipped, defective item).
6. Shipping Partners & Delivery Mode
Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or India Post (Speed Post). The choice of shipping partner is at ParasInfotech's sole discretion and may vary based on delivery location, order size, and product type. Delivery is made to the address provided by the buyer at checkout. Please ensure accuracy, as we are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses.
7. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and courier partner details via email/SMS. Use this to monitor delivery status on the courier partner's website. If you do not receive tracking details within 24 hours of dispatch, contact us at info@parasinfotech.co.in or call +91 7498242199.
8. Delivery Confirmation
Delivery is confirmed via your registered email ID and/or phone number. A delivery receipt or proof of delivery (POD) may be obtained from the courier partner. Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any damage or discrepancy immediately.
9. Delayed or Failed Deliveries
ParasInfotech shall not be liable for delivery delays by the courier company or postal authority due to reasons beyond our control, including:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.
- Non-availability of the recipient at the delivery address during delivery attempts.
- Natural disasters, strikes, bandhs, or other force majeure events.
- Restrictions imposed by local, state, or central government authorities.
- Courier partner operational delays during peak seasons or festivals.
In the event of failed delivery after multiple courier attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse, and we will contact you regarding re-shipment or refund options.
10. Damaged Shipments
If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please refuse delivery or accept with a written note indicating the damage. Report the issue to us within 24 hours at info@parasinfotech.co.in along with photographs of the damaged product and packaging. Our team will arrange a replacement or refund per our Refund Policy.
