1. Introduction

This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules thereunder as applicable, and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures. This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and Terms of Use for access or usage of the Platform.

2. Platform Ownership

The Platform is owned and operated by Paras Infotech, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, with its registered office at 1st Floor, Office No-1, Shivdarshan Chambers, Opposite State Bank Of India, Market Yard, Pune - 411037 (hereinafter referred to as "Platform Owner", "we", "us", "our").

3. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the Platform and services and tools are governed by these Terms of Use as applicable to the Platform including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. By mere use of the Platform, you shall be contracting with the Platform Owner and these terms and conditions including the policies constitute your binding obligations. ACCESSING, BROWSING OR OTHERWISE USING THE PLATFORM INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UNDER THESE TERMS OF USE. Please read the Terms of Use carefully before proceeding. For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires, "you", "your" or "user" shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a user/buyer on the Platform.

5. Payment Terms

All payments on the Platform are processed securely through Razorpay Payment Gateway. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service and privacy policy. We accept payments via credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets. All prices displayed on the Platform are inclusive of applicable taxes (including GST) unless stated otherwise. A platform fee of 2% + 18% GST may be applicable on certain transactions, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.

6. Order & Delivery

Orders are processed within 2 business days. Delivery timelines are: Same day for metro cities (where applicable) and 3 business days for non-metro locations. Free shipping is available on eligible orders. For detailed shipping terms, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

7. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

Cancellations are allowed within 1 day of placing the order. Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery, provided the product/service is unused and in original condition. 8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and compilation — is the property of ParasInfotech or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content from this Platform is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

You understand that upon initiating a transaction for availing the Services, you enter a legally binding and enforceable contract with the Platform Owner. You shall indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees, from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party or penalty imposed due to your breach of these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, or any law, rules, or regulations, or the rights of a third party. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, the parties shall not be liable for any failure to perform an obligation if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

11. Modifications to Terms

These Terms of Use can be modified at any time without assigning any reason. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms of Use to stay informed of updates. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
